Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RizenX platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using RizenX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use RizenX, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required by Indian regulations

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 KYC Verification

You must complete KYC verification by providing valid government-issued identification and other required documents. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

4. Trading and Services

4.1 Trading Services

RizenX provides a platform for buying, selling, and trading cryptocurrencies. All trades are final and cannot be reversed once executed. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk.

4.2 Fees

We charge a 0.1% trading fee on all transactions. Additional fees may apply for deposits, withdrawals, or special services. All fees are displayed transparently before transaction confirmation.

4.3 Order Execution

We strive to execute orders promptly, but we do not guarantee execution at any specific price or time. Market conditions may affect order execution.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 INR Deposits

You may deposit INR using UPI, IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS. We do not charge fees for deposits, but your bank may charge transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals for security verification or compliance purposes. Withdrawal limits apply based on your verification level.

5.3 Transaction Monitoring

We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. Transactions may be delayed, suspended, or rejected if they violate our AML/KYC policies or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
• Create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Use automated tools (bots) without prior written permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent fees, limits, or security measures

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose
• We do not provide investment advice or recommendations

8. Taxation

You are responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes on your cryptocurrency transactions. As per Indian law, we deduct 1% TDS on applicable transactions and provide necessary tax documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on RizenX are owned by RizenX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizenX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RizenX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and contacting support.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
